NOW’S THE TIME TO REPAIR,
REMODEL OR UPGRADE YOUR POOL
This time of year is usually off-season for the
swimming pool. But it’s the perfect time to perform
maintenance chores and upgrades.
At Great White Pools Inc., Steve Lubbers, president, suggests three
areas where you can get the biggest bang for your buck. “This is a good
time of year to consider changing out the tile, coping (the tile, brick or
flagstone ring around the edge of the pool) or plaster of your pool,”
says Lubbers.
TILE & FINISHES
Fifteen years ago, pool owners were limited to about 15 to 20 styles in
their tile selections. Not so anymore, says Ned Jackson, owner of Adams
Tile & Plaster. “There are hundreds to choose from these days,” he says.
“It is almost unlimited.”
